Anyway, diarrhea and vomiting are over now. Hooray! However, he's snotty. And clingy. And just not quite himself. He and I have stayed home from activities most of the week - and canceled a couple of therapy appointments, because it's just plain mean to make a baby work when he's sick.
He ate his dinner tonight, and went to bed quickly. I am hopeful that he will sleep WELL all through the night and wake up with no more than the sniffles. And we'll be back at therapy at 10! :)
If he's not feeling better, then I will probably drag him off to the doctor. I hate the not-knowing feeling about when to take a sick kid to the doctor. Is it a virus? Does it just need to run its course? Is it something serious? And I don't want to be that mom - the one that's always taking her kids to the doctor at the drop of a hat. But ... I also don't want my kids to be sick.
It's hard on me and him when he's out of sorts. I feel tired and a little weepy. Sigh ...

On another note, here's a sweet picture of us at Thanksgiving (when he wasn't feeling sick):
And there's my mom with all her grandkids. Yay for cousins!
Adorable! I love the picture of you and Ben, and your mom looks so happy. I hope he slept well last night and that you're having a better day!
